We will gladly process returns on any unused, undamaged merchandise purchased at or within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Merchandise returned after the 30 day period, but before 90 days, may be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value.

For all items marked "pre-order," return/exchange window begins at the time shoes are actually shipped.

Domestic return shipping is free for all exchanges on merchandise purchased at or Shipping fees are non-refundable. For all (non-warranty and non-exchange) returns, $10 will be deducted from the refund to help cover return shipping.

Orders placed with "industry" or "pro-deal" discounted pricing are final. Returns will not be accepted unless due to a warranty issue or Forsake error. Size exchanges are permitted. This exclusion does not apply to closeouts, official partnerships, public sales, or free shipping discounts, which are subject to our normal returns/exchanges policy.

Return/Exchange Timing and Status

Exchanges to orders placed on will be processed immediately using our automated system and a replacement will be sent as soon as the original purchase is scanned by a carrier for return.

Returns are processed within five business days once delivered at our warehouse.
